There are a number of reasons why Shadelands Arts Center has become a local favorite. Not only is it a great value for those looking for an affordable event venue, it’s also one of the largest facilities in the East Bay—accommodating up to 300 people—where you can bring the caterer of your choice. Another plus is the building itself: The white interior is amenable to virtually any kind of decorating, and the high, open-beamed ceiling gives the space a lofty feeling.

Known as The Orchards at Walnut Creek Community Room, the comfortable and convenient meeting and event space is located on the upper-level parking deck above Crunch Fitness. [Accessible from the upper-level parking deck and by stairs to the right of Crunch entrance leading to upper deck.]  Available for rent to the public, the Community Room accommodates 20 people seated, and includes a conference table, chairs, dry erase whiteboard, sink with counter space, and restroom.
